8 ways to raise your vibration.
8 ways to raise your vibration.
1. Become conscious of your thoughts.
Everything you think, say or feel becomes your reality. Every single thought that comes into your head has an impact on you. For example, I spent most years of my life saying "I have to have 8 hours sleep every night or I'll become a rabbit in headlights". I had that (limiting) belief cleared during a CTC sessionand hey presto! As long as I get minimum 6.5 hours I ain't no rabbit! When you change those thoughts for the positive, your reality is likely to become positive too. Easier said than done in the face of adversity though right? How 'bout this, the next time a negative thought shows up in your head, take the time to acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and then dismiss it and turn it around for the positive.

2. Find something beautiful and appreciate it.
Beauty is all around us, yet so often we walk around with our blinkers on. Stop rushing for a moment and take the time to stand in the sun and appreciate your surroundings.

3. Be conscious of the foods you eat.
Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, and some lower (broccoli has a high vibration as do blueberries; Big Macs don't vibrate at all ;-). If you are consuming foods covered in chemicals and pesticides, or foods found within plastic packaging, it will leave you vibrating lower. Conversely, consume good quality organic produce, food as nature intended it, and feel the high vibrations disseminate throughout your body. Most importantly, pay attention to how eating certain foods make your body feel.

4. Drink water.
Water is a form of energetic life force. Drinking plentiful quantities of water (filtered is best) will assist your body to flush out toxins and keep your energy levels and vibration high.

5. Meditate.
Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breath in and out. Too often we rush through our days with a scattered brain leaving us in a state of anxiety and stress. Meditation helps to calm your spirit down and put you in a peaceful state of mind. 10 minutes of meditation a day can change your life forever.

6. Be grateful.
Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don't have to what is already abundant in your life. There is more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine. For example, every night when I go to bed I write down (in a little gratitude journal) 5 things I am grateful for that day. It's such a beautiful exercise.

7. Practice acts of kindness.
Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough" or "Woe is me", to "I have more than enough to give to others.” Abundance is a high vibration. In the same vein, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts you at a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.

8. Get your blood pumping.
Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibrations move. So Get Active! Dance! The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.

For [God] hath made [Jesus] to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
– 2 Corinthians 5:21
|
When you were born again, you weren't half-reborn, you weren't made half-righteous or a quarter righteous. You were made the righteousness of God in Christ! You were made a "joint-heir with Him." According to Strong's Concordance that word joint-heir refers to a personal equality based on an equality of possession.
Jesus went to the Cross to give you what He already possessed. He rose again so you could be recreated in His image. You are the victory of Almighty God! You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. You are everything to the Father that Jesus is. John 17:23actually says that God loves you as much as He loves Jesus. Once you dare to accept that fact, your life will forever be changed. You'll no longer be satisfied to just sit around whining and wishing things were different. You'll want to step up to the position of authority that Jesus has given you, to take your rightful place beside Him and learn to operate the way He does. As His people, we are everything to God that Jesus is. If you'll receive that message, if you'll dare to believe it, if you'll dare to put it into action, it will radically alter your life. It will take you from religion to reality! |

Compassion in Action
But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
– Matthew 9:36
|
Compassion. That's the one thing people need more than anything else in this world. They need someone to reach out to them with the compassion of God.
Compassion is a deep yearning that responds to the needs of people. It's much deeper than sympathy. Sympathy can just sit around feeling sorry for people. Compassion has to do something for them. Compassion is what motivates God, and Jesus' life on earth was a picture of that compassion in action. His whole ministry was driven by it. It was compassion that caused Him to multiply the loaves and fishes, heal the sick, cast out demons and raise the dead. It was compassion that compelled Him to go to the Cross. And it's that same compassion that He now longs to pour out through you. That's a staggering thought, isn't it? It's staggering to realize that we believers are the only body Jesus has on this earth now. His healing must flow through our hands and our faith. His compassion must move us to provide for the hungry. It must compel us to cast out demons and set the captives free. "But, Brother Copeland, I don't have that kind of compassion!" Yes, you do. If you have the Spirit of God dwelling inside you, you do-- because He is that kind of love! You simply need to activate it. How? Just like Jesus did when He walked the earth. Through prayer and fellowship with the Father. Look through the Gospels and notice how much time Jesus spent alone with the Father. That time activated the compassion of God within Him. It caused Him to feel what God feels about the suffering of mankind. It stirred Him so much that whenever He encountered a need, He met it by the power of God. Follow His example. Spend time in fellowship with your Father. Meditate on His compassion until it rises up strong on the inside of you. Stir it up until the desire to see others set free becomes paramount in your thinking. Jesus has sent you to reach out and touch a love-starved world with His compassion. If you don't do it, who will? |

Bless the Lord
Bless the Lord
|
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
– Hebrews 13:15
|
Great things happen when you continually confess the mercy of God. Faith rises up on the inside of you. The reality that God loves you begins to sing through your spirit.
What's more, it brings honor to your Father when you believe His Word and magnify His love and mercy. You honor Him when you speak of His goodness and loving-kindness, when you talk about Him as your Father of love Who does only good. It blesses Him when you praise Him as the great God of the universe who is eager to bless and Who even gave His own Son because He so loved the world. David was a man after God's own heart. He knew how to praise his God. Until you have the Word dwelling in you richly so that you can speak psalms and praises out of your own spirit, use the praises of David to magnify God. Speak them or sing them out loud to the Father. Put His words continually on your lips. You will soon begin to experience the thrill and the joy of realizing that God is indeed "rich in mercy" because of His great love with which He loved us. Your faith will rise to new heights and your Father will be blessed! And you will be blessed. |
Run to God
Run to God
|
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
– 1 John 1:9
|
It's wonderful to know you've been set free from the law of sin and death. It's glorious to know you never again have to submit to the slavery of sin. But what do you do when, in spite of those wonderful, glorious truths, you still miss the mark? What do you do when you stumble and fall into sin?
Run to your Father and repent! That sounds simple. But oddly enough we often do just the opposite. Instead of running to God, we let fear and guilt drive us further and further from Him. We start thinking things like, "Well, I've missed it now. I might as well forget the rest of it and live like the devil." Don't make that mistake. Don't let Satan talk you into sinning in one area of your life just because you missed it in another. When you get off track with God, just confess it and get right back on. "But, Brother Copeland, I feel so guilty when I tell God what I've done that it's hard for me to make myself do it." I know. I used to feel that way too. Then, one day, God said to me, "Kenneth, when you confessed that sin wasn't when I found out about it. I knew about it all the time! When you confessed it is when you got rid of it, when you were cleansed of its effects in your life." When you make a mistake, when you miss the mark, remember, you have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous (1 John 2:1). Run to Him! He knows what you are going through. You don't need to be afraid. He didn't tear you apart for the sins you committed before you made Him Lord of your life, did He? Then how much more merciful and loving do you think He'll be now that you're His own? Now that you're reaching out for Him and have a heart for Him? Don't run from God. Run to Him. Receive His forgiveness. Receive His cleansing. No matter how badly you've sinned, He's eager to forgive and to cleanse you of all unrighteousness. |

I cannot feel my mother anymore
Jesus Lord has called my mother home on 27 sep 2015. 1 year fighting with cervic cancers, it was under control for 10 months. Relaspe in Aug 2015. I rejected to listen to the doctor's judgement. Terminal.
We have done alot of praying. Asking God to forgive my mother's sin. I asked for divine healing and read the healing scriptures.
It was physically too painful for my mother. I witnessed the evils attacking my mother alive. The thief came to destroy the temple. I could not do anything to help her except praying very hard to God for His mercy. God did hear our prayers and He indeep loves all His children.
HE forgive my mother's sin in Jesus's blood. He bring her home. I will have to make sure i will return home of Lord so that I can meet my mother again.
Scripture: Luke 12:32-48 (see also Matthew 24: 42-51)
32 "Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions, and give alms; provide yourselves with purses that do not grow old, with a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. 34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. 35 "Let your loins be girded and your lamps burning, 36 and be like men who are waiting for their master to come home from the marriage feast, so that they may open to him at once when he comes and knocks. 37 Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes; truly, I say to you, he will gird himself and have them sit at table, and he will come and serve them. 38 If he comes in the second watch, or in the third, and finds them so, blessed are those servants! 39 But know this, that if the householder had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have left his house to be broken into. 40 You also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an unexpected hour." 41 Peter said, "Lord, are you telling this parable for us or for all?" 42 And the Lord said, "Who then is the faithful and wise steward, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time? 43 Blessed is that servant whom his master when he comes will find so doing. 44 Truly, I say to you, he will set him over all his possessions. 45 But if that servant says to himself, `My master is delayed in coming,' and begins to beat the menservants and the maidservants, and to eat and drink and get drunk, 46 the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know, and will punish him, and put him with the unfaithful. 47 And that servant who knew his master's will, but did not make ready or act according to his will, shall receive a severe beating. 48 But he who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, shall receive a light beating. Every one to whom much is given, of him will much be required; and of him to whom men commit much they will demand the more.
The Holy Spirit in Us
The Holy Spirit in Us
By Ney Bailey
Where The Holy Spirit Lives
Murray described how our bodies are like the outer court. The inner court is like our mind, our will and our emotions. But inside of us is the Holy of holies where the Spirit of God dwells. The Holy Spirit dwells inside our spirit. So inside you and inside me is the Holy of holies. The Holy of holies is in you. Verse 17 of that chapter says, “The temple of God is holy, and that temple is what you are.” That will help your self-image to know the Holy of holies is in you and in me.
How then do we keep our temples cleansed? Once we’ve accepted Christ the blood of Christ cleanses us. How then do we keep our temples cleansed? By faith. By taking God at His word.
1 John 1:9 is a verse I like to call “the Christian’s bar of soap.” It says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
The last time you washed your hands when they were really dirty, did you stand over the sink and say, “Where did the dirt go, I’m so worried about it?” No you didn’t. You accepted by faith that the dirt went down the drain. You never thought about it. That is what we need to do. If we confess our sins, He is faithful; He is just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from allunrighteousness. We need to believe He has forgiven us even if we don’t see or feel it.
But what does Satan do? He wants to rob you of the peace God says is yours. Satan tries to make you look back and think about your own worst sin. You think about those things and they go across your mind like a video. What we need to do is bring those sins under the cross and say, “Lord Jesus this just proves that I need a Savior. Lord, thank you that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses me from all sin.” Think about your sins through the cross and through the blood of Christ, and you will have God’s peace. Don’t review old sins. Believe God’s forgiveness.
The Holy Spirit Speaking to Us
Now, what about current sins, sins that God may be bringing to your attention?
The way the Lord gets through to me, more than any other way, is through my relationships. I had a relationship in my life that had plagued me for years. I had such a hard time with this person that I thought, “If you are going to be in heaven I don’t even want to go there.” I was pointing my finger at this person. I was critical. I was judgmental. I was finding fault. I had nothing good to say about them. And the whole time, I was justifying myself.
Then one day the Lord pointed me to Luke 18:9, “And He also told this parable to certain ones who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and viewed others with contempt.” I realized I was viewing this other person with contempt. This is the parable Jesus told:
“Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee (self-righteous, arrogant religious leaders in Jesus’ day) and the other a tax collector (often corrupt, over-taxing people, hated by most.) The Pharisee stood and was praying this to himself, ‘God I thank You that I am not like other people: swindlers, unjust, adulterers or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week, I pay tithes of all that I get.’ But the tax collector, standing some distance away, was even unwilling to lift up his eyes to heaven, but was beating his breast saying, ‘God be merciful to me, the sinner.’”
Jesus explained the parable saying, “I tell you this man (the man who said ‘God be merciful to me the sinner’) went down to his house justified rather than the other, for everyone who exalts himself shall be humbled, but he who humbles himself shall be exalted.”
When I read this I said, “O Lord, I’m being like the Pharisees. I hate this. I’m viewing this person with contempt.” I realized that I needed to look at my own heart. As I began to look at my own heart, I saw jealousy, lack of love, pride, anger, judging, pointing my finger. I then looked at Galatians 5:16-23. “But I say walk by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh…The fruit (or deeds) of the flesh are evident which are immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, outburst of anger, jealousy, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these…But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control, against such things there is no law.”
Sometimes we look at the sin list and we say, “Well I don’t find myself in there anywhere.” But do you know what we fail to do? We fail to look at ourselves in the fruit of the Spirit list and say, “How loving am I being? How kind am I being? How faithful am I being? How gentle am I being?” We tend to measure ourselves by the sins instead of measuring ourselves by the fruit of the Spirit.
Andrew Murray said, “Why is it that we find Christians who are holy and harsh?” He goes on to say, “Because they know nothing of the Spirit of love. Only the Holy Spirit can produce his love.”
As I thought about the person who had hurt me, I was reminded of a verse in 1 Peter 3:8,9: “To sum up, let all be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly, kind hearted and humble in spirit, not returning evil for evil, or insult for insult.”
I felt this person had done evil things to me, had done insulting things to me. But after it says, “not returning evil for evil, or insult for insult,” it says, “but giving a blessing instead, for you were called for the very purpose that you might inherit a blessing.”
As I looked at what I saw in my own heart and confessed that I was like a Pharisee and I prayed, “Lord, be merciful to me a sinner. Lord, would you please show me how to give a blessing to this person?” I was in England at the time, and in one of the bookstores I remember seeing a rather expensive book that I knew he would really like. The next time I came back to America, I gave that book to him. I cannot tell you how deeply touched he was. It meant the world to him and I think God used it in a powerful way.
The Holy Spirit will always be faithful to show us where we are not like Christ. He was faithful to show me where I wasn’t like Christ. As we read God’s Word and ask the Holy Spirit to lead us in ways that are pleasing to him, he will produce in our lives the fruit of the Spirit: “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self control.”
Jesus said, “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love…These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.” (John 15:9,11)

The Deciding Witness
The Deciding Witness
|
In the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
– Matthew 18:16
|
You've been there many times, standing in the valley of decision. Perched precariously between victory and defeat. On one side of you is the word of the world authored by Satan that says, for example, "You're not going to get healed." On the other side of you, the Word of God is saying, "My Word is Yea and Amen" and "By His stripes, ye were healed." Who will determine how it all turns out? You will. You're the establishing witness.
I remember a fellow once who wanted me to pray for him. I said, "Now the Word says you're healed." He interrupted me and said, "Yeah, I know it says that, but I've got this terrible pain here...." I looked him in the eye and said again, "The Word says, 'By His stripes, you were healed.'" "I know it," he answered, "but I've got this terrible...." I shook my head. "Listen, the Word says you're healed!" He turned beet red. "I KNOW IT SAYS THAT, BUT I'VE GOT THIS...." Finally, he stopped and stared at me. He didn't realize it, but he'd allowed his physical symptoms to become his evidence. It was what he believed. No matter what the Word said, he believed the thing he could see and feel. But when he got quiet, I said to him, "Look, you're wanting me to agree with you and you're mad because I won't. But if I agree with you, you're going to die. Now if you'll agree with me and the Bible, we can get you healed." Suddenly he saw it. His eyes lit up. "Oh, praise God! I see what you mean. I agree with the Word of God!" I put my hands on his head and God healed him instantly. You see, when he finally decided to get in agreement with God, he could have received in his bedroom or driving down the road or anywhere else. He could have received any time he decided to become the establishing witness. You pray and establish your witness. That's your part. If you'll do it, God will back you--and when He backs you, everything else either has to get in line or get out of the way. You're the deciding witness. What do you say? |
